With an academic background in Bachelor of Arts in Multimedia and Mass Communication (BAMMC) – Journalism, Sakshi brings strong communication, interpersonal, and creative abilities to her role. Her background enables her to approach Human Resources with an understanding of effective communication, relationship building, and professional engagement.
At RCS, she supports day-to-day HR activities while developing practical exposure to candidate and employee communication, coordination, documentation, recruitment processes, and internal HR operations.
